PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN PERKOPERASIAN TERHADAP PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA PADA KOPERASI PEGAWAI REPUBLIK INDONESIA (KPRI) SUBUR MAKMUR BANDA ACEH

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The research entitled “The Influence of Cooperative Knowledge on Members Participation at Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative at KPRI Subur Makmur Banda Aceh†which was conducted at the same location. The research aims to investigate: (1) the cooperative knowledge of members at KPRI Subur Makmur Banda Aceh (2) the members participation at KPRI Subur Makmur Banda Aceh (3) the influence of cooperative knowledge on members participation at KPRI Subur Makmur Banda Aceh. This is a descriptive study that uses quantitative approach. The population of this research was all 446 members of KPRI Subur Makmur Banda Aceh and 15% of the total members (67) became the sample. Data collection technique used were instrument test and questionnaire. Data analysis technique was simple linier regression analysis by using t-test on significant value of 0.05. The research concludes there is influence of cooperative knowledge on members participation at KPRI Subur Makmur Banda Aceh. This is based on the result that shows simple linier regression equation Y = 2.769 + 0.763X, then correlation coefficient value (r) = 0.618 and determination coefficient (r²) = 0.768. Statistics result shows cooperative knowledge variable has influence on members participation which can be obtained from t-test that is t-value = 10.250 > t-table = 2.000.
